Based on the researches of the former Soviet researchers and my own observations, the author emphasizes the mapping war started by China right from 1950s. Since 1953, China has released maps in representation of the border and territorial ambition for almost all neighboring countries in o
der to form the so-called mapping war. Their recently published vertical map is their continuation of aggressive tactics by maps in order to implement their unjustified and harmful claims to neighbors. Along with the increasingly perverse acts of China despite international law, this map again pointes the intrigue to monopolize the East Sea by the People's Republic of China.
