The Protestantism was propagated in Vietnam in the end of the 19th century and in the early of the 20th century. Before the year of 1975, the Protestantism in Vietnam in general and in the North of Vietnam in particular did not increasingly developed. However, a protestant community had been gradually established. then it became the Evangelical Church of Northern Vietnam. This Church exists until present time. In 2011. the Protestantism celebrated one hundred years of evangelisation and development in Vietnam. This article mentioned the Protestantism in the north of Vietnam from 1911 to 1975.
