Quality control of units before using. Results: Stored 210 units Frozing Red blood cell at-80°C in maximum 995 days (3 months - 24 months). Quality control of units: - Hb or = 22 g/dl from 250ml whole blood unit: - Hb or = 31 g/dl from 350ml whole blood unit: - Hb or = 40 g/dl from 450ml whole blood unit: - Residual Hb of units: 92,22 percent
Hct 55-65 percent. - Residual glycerol 19 percent
The quantily of residual while cells 0,39 + or - 0,35x10 exponent 8 K+ plasma 1,23 or = 0,65mEq/1. - Bacterial culture: Negative 100 percent. Shape of erythocyte is normal. Conclusion: The unitsget 100 percent of Europe standard, and the resultswere not different withauthors result.
