Objective: to investigate mucocutaneous lesions of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Materials and methods: cross-sectional descriptive study basing on data of 209 patients diagnosed as SLE who were treated at NHDV from 1/5/2013 to 30/1212013. Results: All patients had skin lesions at some point in their history. Currently, 191/209 (91,4 percent) patients have mucocutaneous manifestation including: 187/191 (97,9 percent) lupus erythematosus-specific skin disease (acute 63,9 percent, subacute 20,9 percent, chronic 13,1 percent), 176/191 (92,1 percent) lupus erythematosus-nonspecific skin disease (photosensitive 75,4 percent, non-scarring hair lost 51,3 percent, hemmorrahgic macular 7,9 percent, periun 1 1,0 percent, oral lesions 10,5 percent, Raynaud's phenomenoum 11,0 percent, rarely reticular livedo and calci cutis). Conclusion: Mucocutaneous manifestation of SLE is common and abudant.
