Objectives: The aim of the study has been to evaluate the early outcomes and to be choice the management of perianal abscess and fistula-in-ano properly. Results: 21.2 percent patients were treated by the initial incision. 2 (1.0 percent) patients were early recurrence around 1 month after fistulotomy and almost patients were healthy without risk factors for anal sepsis (98.1 percent). Intermediate outcomes: 90 (86.5 percent) patients were observed during a median follow-up period of 8 months. 2/90 (2.2 percent) fistula recurrence were belong to group of fistulotomy or 24 months who was still fistula had to perform fistulotomy.
