Background: Epotoside combination with Cisplatin (EP) had effective in control small cell lung cancer but there is no study in Vietnam. Objectives: (1) To evaluate response rate of Irrinotecan combination with Cisplatin in treatment of small cell lung cancer patients with extensive disease. (2).To evaluate some toxic of Irrinotecan in combination with Cisplatin. Method: Descriptive study, combine retrospective and prospective conducted in 47 small cell lung cancer patients with extensive diseas. Responsive evaluation was based on RECIST and toxic evaluation was based on measurement from WHO.Results:Rate of control physical symptoms was 83 percent, in which 10 percent patients had no symptom and 38,3 percent reduced symptoms. Rate of fully respond was 40.4 percent,34 percent partly respond. Concerning toxic evaluation, reduce white neutral blood cell at level III-IV was 23.4 percent, vomit at level III-IV was 36.1 percent.
