prevalence of specific microorganisms on containing tools of processed and cooked foods was quite high: Coliforms (35.3 percent) E.coli (21.2 percent)
Coliforms on waiters' hand (57.9 percent), E. coli (37.9 percent)
Coliforms on processed food (37.9 percent), and E. coli (25.0 percent). About the prevalence of microorganisms in the samples between the types of school (public, private) there were no significant differences (p0.05).
