The article define the incidence of chylothorax complicating after esopgagectomy for cancer, related risk factors and outcomes of management. Retro-observational study based on prospectively collected database of 357 patients consecutively underwent esophagectomy for cancerduring period of 14 years at Viet Duc hospital. To present experiences and treatment outcomes, analysing some potentially risk factors to the presence of these complications.
