Background: Non Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) is malignancy tumor originated from lymphatic system, except Hodgkin lymphoma. It is one of ten most common cancers in Vietnam and over the world as well. NHL has a variety of symptom and histopathologic classification. So that, diagnosis and treatment have some difficulties. Objective: To evaluate the clinico-pathological characteristics of NHL patients. Methods: Prospective cross-sectional. Results: Mean of age was 52 percent 15.9, male/female 1.63. Enlarged lymph nodes contributed 54 percent to the admision reason and extra nodal NHL 46 percent, B symptoms accounted for 18 percent. Lactatedehydrogenase was elevated in 10 percent of patients, elevated p2microglobulin 18 percent. Stages from I to IV were 24 percent, 40 percent,20 percent, 16 percent, respectively. 12 percent had bone marrow invasion. B-cell NHL accou{lted for 66 percent, T/NK NHL 34 percent (WHO 2001). Large cell, diffused NHL accounted for 38 percent (Working formulation classification). Low grade maglinant NHL were the most common 66 percent, intermediate grade maglinant NHL 8 percent. Conduslon: Mean of age 'Was 52, males were more seen than females. The most common clinical sign was enlarged lymph nodes. B symptoms was rare (18 percent). Stage II was most common (40 percent). Bone marrow invasion was rare (12 percent). Large cell NHL was most common (38 percent) in the WF classification.
