Objectives: Review of prehospital cervical spine immobilization, transportation and management after traumatic cervical spine injuries (SCI). Materials and methods: the prospective descriptive study with SCI patients from 1/2012 to 1/2013.The critical criteria: age, sex, cause of accident, prehospital cervical spine Immobilization, transportation and management. Results: The SCI generally affects men (78.6 percent), people in working age (72,9 percent), the most common cause were labor accident (45,8 percent). Patients transported from the accident scene without cervical stabilization were 52,6 percent. Transportation by ambulance were 43,2 percent. The complete and incomplete paraplegic rate were 56,1 percent. 45,3 percent patients underwent surgery. Conclusions: Safe, rapid and careful transport of the cervical Injuries patients to the medical facility for definitive care has long been a fundamental concept to Improve the outcome and reduce the complication.
