Infertility is common disease. Semen analysis is important test for diagnosis and assessing the result of treatment. There are some indicators of head of sperm morphologies. The question here is: which kind of head of sperm morphological indicators are important indicators. Carrying out the study in 120 males who were examed in Department of Medical Biology and genetics, Hanoi Medical University from November 2010 to May 2011, the authors found that: In infertile couples: the rate of age level 25-30 is highest (48.7 percent), it's lower in others group. In group of male who have children: the rate of age level 25-30 is lowest (18.2 percent), the rate of age level 41-48 is highest (34.1 percent). The rate of primary infertility is 78.9 percent, secondary infertility is 21.1 percent. The rate of sperm with normal head in control group is 58.0 percent, higer than in infertile group (45.9 percent). The rate of amorphous in control group is 25.3 percent, lower than in infertile group (33.7 percent). The rate of sperm with normal head in primary infertility group is 45.8 percent, lower than in secondary infertility group (46.6 percent). But, the rate of amorphous sperm in primary infertility group is 34.3 percent, higer than in secondary infertility group (31.7 percent).
