Background: Clinical and laboratory data of hypertensive and pre-diabetic patients are differently from those of hypertensive patients only. Objective: Accessing on laboratories and clinical features of patients with pre-diabetes and hypertension. Patients and Method: Prospective cross-sectional design with 93 pre-diabetic and hypertensive patients. Results and conclusions: There is 81.7 percent patients with at least over one of morphological index, smoker is 37.6 percent, drink alcohol is 23.7 percent, high serum uric acid is 22.6 percent. There are 33.3 percent patients with metabolic syndrome, 81.7 percent patients with serum lipid disorder. Rate of complications: heart is 37.6 percent, kidney is 26.9 percent and brain is 6.5 percent respectally.
