Objectives: Describe clinical signs of basal-cell carcinoma in patients treated in K hospital, National hospital of Dermatology and Venereology and Hanoi National Hospital of Odonto - Stomatology from 1/2007 to 12/2012. Methods: A retrospective, descriptive study in 248 medical records of patients were treated with basal-cell carcinoma from 1/2007 to 12/2012, in which 168 medical records are in K Hospital, 75 medical records are in national hospital of dermatology and venereology and 05 medical records are in in Hanoi National Hospital of Odonto Stomatology. Results: Patients with skin diseases (57 records) accounting for 22.9 percent, mainly moles (75.4 percent). The most common type of basal-cell carcinoma is nodular (74.6 percent)
sclerosing (16.1 percent)
morpheaform (9.3 percent). The developing basal cell carcinoma is mainly in state I (57.7 percent), state II (37.9 percent), state II (4.4 percent). There is no patient in state IV. Conclusion: The most common type of basal-cell carcinoma is nodular (74.6 percent), there is no patient with metastasis.
