Nursing practice done by nurses directly affects health care quality. There is always overcrowding in the Hospital of Pediatrics. A research done in 2009 revealed dissatisfaction with nurses was 18,32 percent. Investigating factors affecting morality in nursing care is necessary, from that effective interventions should be pointed out. Hence, the authors performed a crosssectional study combined analysis on 214 nurses at the hospital in June-July, 2012. The result showed the factors that affected morality in nursing practice including: experience, qualification, suitable job, getting on well with colleagues, career passion, understanding medical ethics.
