Background: Noise-Induced Hearing Loss is common occupational disease, it tends to increase gradually. Hearing Loss can be caused by environmental noise exposure. Controlling noise within the workplace can help to prevent from losing hearing. Objectives: To assess noise-exposed level and noise-induced hearing loss incidence. Methods: Descriptive crossed sectional study of 1800 workers which have been worked in the footwear leather manufacturing enterprises in HCM City. Results: Noise-exposed Footwear Leather 13.3 percent. Noise-induced hearing loss incidence Footwear Leather 1.5 percent
. Working more than 1 year, NIHL more than 1,1 time. Conclusions: Test from 2 position, they have one over noise-exposed level. Noise -exposed level of Footwear Leather is highest 13.3 percent - 91dBA Noise induced hearing loss incidence increase from Footwear Leather worker. NIHL is not reducing gradually.
