Objectives: (1) A description of knowledge and practice of HIV/AIDS in ARV treatment at medical centers of Tu Liem district
(2) Describe some activities to provide support services, patient treatment HIV/AIDS. Subjects and research methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study included 269 patients who are selected antiretroviral treatment in Health centers Tu Liem from May 3/2012 to January 6/2012. Result: Male female (63.6 percent), 64.7 percent aged 30-39, 89.2 percent at the high school, 77 percent live with wife/husband. 50.2 percent have no job, 49.8 percent have jobs. They use mainly with drugs every day (53.9 percent), sex (37.9 percent). Trained before antiretroviral therapy occupies 100 percent. From 95.5 to 98.9 percent of patients had knowledge about treatment adherence, knowing the consequences of it accounted for 86.5 percent and 100 percent make the pill 2 times/day with a gap of 12 hours. The support of family, peer, collaborator as: 43.9 percent of wiveslhusbands, 26 percent of parents, 11.5 percent is. him/herlthem. Relatives in medication reminders (86.6 percent), eating care (83.6 percent), comforting encouragement (90.7 percent), the care of the peer group (61.3 percent), collaborators (84 percent), patient participation in club infections (34.9 percent).
