Objective: Comment characteristics and results management small intestine lesions by abdominal wounds and injuries in Nghe An General Friendship Hospital. 78 percent is in the hospital before 12 hours. Symptoms of hemorrhagic shock 19.8 percent, 11.1 percent toxic shock syndrome, infection 69.1 percent. Sickle slightly below the diaphragm 47.6 percent, abdominal computed tomography findings of abdominal gas 87.2 percent, small intestine lesions detected 93.3 percent, abdominal ultrasound provides 64.1 percent. 42 patients (51.9 percent) rupture of the small intestine alone, 39 patients (48.1 percent) lesions coordinate other organs in the abdomen and extemal. 59 (72.8 percent) stitched up rupture of the small intestine, 7 (8.6 percent) as HMNT intricate by rupture of the colon. 20 patients (24.7 percent) cut the small intestine' and connected bowel digestion, 2 patients had drainage of the small intestine. Conclusions: Sm,all intestine lesions by abdominal wounds and injtJ(ies are largely due to abdominal trauma, in which the proportion of traffic accidents, diagnostic difficulty but not hurt often quite complex coordination. The basic technique is used in emergency restoration circulation digest, treatment of injuries to coordinate actually scientific experience and will bring the best treatment results for patients.
