Bilateral abductor vocal cord paralysis can cause death, affect the quality of life of patients. The study was conducted on 30 patients in Northern Vietnam, with the aim ot evaluating the results of treatment patients with bilateral abductor vocal cord paralysis by the method cutting 213 of the posterior unilateral vocal cords. Results showed that 90 percent of all patients no breathing difficulties, 83.33 percent had snoring off, 80 percent had mild hoarseness, 86.67 percent patients had glottis width 5mm, 90 percent improved respiratory function. Conclusion: Treatment of patients with bilateral abductor vocal cord paralysis by the method cutting 213 of the posterior unilateral vocal cords giving high efficiency.
