Objective: The aim of this review is to evaluate the result of TOT (Trans Obturator Tape) Surgery in the treatment women stress urinary incontinnence. Methods: 31 patients diagnosed stress uninary incontinnence were treated by TOT surgery at O&G Departement, O&G Hanoi Hospital from 1/1/2013 to 5/2014. Results: The grade of stress uninary incontinnence: Grade I (9,7 percent)
Grade /I (90,3 percent). The mean operation time was 57,8 + or - 5,4. The mean time of days in hospital was 4,9 + or - 2,1. The effectiveness of these procedures was a complete response or completely dry (100 percent). The percentage of intraoperative complications was 6,4 percent. The rate of recurrence was 0 percent after 1 month after operation. Conclusions: TOT surgery had the hight effectiveness in treatment of women stress urinary uncontinnence: shorten operating time, high successful rate (a complete response 100 percent), less complications, as a result, it can improve patients' quality life.
