To evaluate the effect of propranolol on cardiac system and hepatic functions. Uncontrolled clinical research trials. Propranolol reduced pulses from 6-10 beats/minute lower than before after 3-6 months treatment. There were no case had a pulse below 110 beats /minute. After treatment, the average values of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure went down to 2mmHg lower than before treatment. Hepatic enzyme slightly increased after first 3 months of treatment. However, no case of hepatic enzyme went up over to 100UI/l. Glycemia slightly decreased 0,1 mmol/l lower than before treatment. Using propranolol showed fewer sideeffects on cardiac system and hepatic functions. Propranolol is safe for hemangioma treatment.
