The aim of this study was to explore some physical, intelligence, memory characteristics of the children exposured with high concentration of asen. The study was designed as case-control with 224 children living in the household with arsenic in water tests 0.05 mg/I (exposed group) and 238 children living in the households with arsenic in water tests 0.01 mg/I (nonexposed group. The results showed that: There was no difference in height, between exposed arsenic group and non-exposed arsenic group when analyzed by gender and by age group. The percentage of children with IQ result at below level (mediocre, poor, stupid) in exposed arsenic group was 27.2 percent, higher than that among non-exposed arsenic group (21.8 percent), however the difference was not statistic significantly. The percentage of children in exposed arsenic group must be taken at least 4 remind time to complete a verbal test was 55.4 percent, while this percentage of children in non-exposed arsenic group was 43. 3 percent (p 0.01, OR
