This research estimated the effects of anaesthesia positions and pregnant women's postures in spinal anaesthesia by heavy bupivacain 0.5 percent combined with fentanyl in 80 caesarean section cases which were divided into two groups. It was carried out from June to October, 2013 in Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital. Anaesthetic at L2-3 position on broadside head posture restricted the sensation and activities the fastest, so it pleased pregnant women and surgeons. Anaesthetic at L3-4 position on low head posture 10° for 2 minutes restricted the pain feeling but affected activities more slowly, making it difficult for surgeons and unpleased for pregnant women and surgeons. Anaesthetic positions don't influence apgar index (p0.05) and blood pH of omphalus coupon.
