Object and method: 57 patients with closed technique follow-up exqmination after surgery 1 to 2 years. Results: 25 man and 32 women from 5 to 58 years old. - Main reasons for reexamination: 28/57 cas (49.12 percent) follow-up examination. Another symptoms: discharge pus 12 cas (21.05 percent), tinnitus 23cas(40.35 percent), otalgy 13 cas (22.8 percent). Endoscopy ear: Among 39/57 cas (68.42 percent) typanum intact: 8 cas (14.03 percent) retraction pockets, 16 cas (28.07 percent) mass behind typanum intact, and 15cas (26:32 percent) typanic normal. Among 18/57 cas perforation (31.58 percent): site postero-superior 9 cas(15. 79 percent) and total perforation 9 cas(15. 79 percent) with 2 cas polyposes. - CT san: image of recurrent cholesteatoma localized the epitympanic and aditus 42/57 cas (73.69 percent). A{ixte 2 or 3 of the ossicular chain erosion: 12ca (21.05 percent) malleur and incus, 6 cas (10.53 percent) incus and stape, 16 cas (28.07 percent) complete ossicular chain. - Hearing loss after surgery: 28/57 cas (49.12 percent) under 30 dB, 3 of them normal.
