Sinonasal papilloma is the most common in benign neoplasms of the sinonasal tract. Surgery is only method to treatment for sinonasal papillonja. Application endoscopic surgery to removal of sinonasal papilloma benign neoplasms of the sinonasal tract are now being successfully with endoscopic sinus instrumentation. Indication, contraindication as well as process of application endoscopic surgery to removal of sinonasal papilloma benign neoplasms of the sinonasal are not consensus. Purpose: Describe clinical, endoscopic examination and CT scans of sinonasal papillomas features and evaluation on results of application endoscopic surgery treatment of sinonasal papillomas. Patients and methods: the authors studied 50 cases sinonasal papilloma's and treated with endoscopic surgery to removal of sinonasal papilloma in National ENT Hospital from March 2012 to December 2013. male/female rate =1/1. Common symptoms are nasal obstruction (90 percent) and mucus running 'nose (84 percent),specific lesion 88 percent, liked polyp 12 percent. On CT Scan: Extend maxillary ostium (62 percent), focal hyperostosis (60 percent), opacification of middle meatus, maxillary sinus, anterior ethmoid sinus with the same hight rate (70 percent). Histopathology: 66 percent inverted papilloma, squamous papilloma.
