The study was conducted on Yorkshire growing pig, consist of 5 groups, 10 pigs per each group, pig have 31.81 to 32.23 kg in body weight at starting time, experimental duration in 3 months, repeat 3 times. Control group (CG): pigs were fed by base diet (BO) without Leucaena leaf meal (LLM)
Feed of group I have 95 percent BO + 5 percent LLM, group 2 have 90 percent BO + 10 percent LLM
group 3 have 85 percent BO + 15 percent LLM
group 4 have 80 percent BO + 20 percent LLM. The result show ttlat: pig was feed by the ration have 5 percent and 10 percent of LLM (group I and group 2) the body weight gain higher and less feed consumption/I kg body weight gain than that of control group
pig at group 3 (15 percent LLM in the diet) have above index the same in comperision with control group. Pig of group 4 (20 percent LLM in the diet) have less body weight gain and higher feed consumption/I kg body weight gain than that of control group. So that, the authors should mixing at 5 and 10 percent of LLM in the diet for growing pig.
