This article introduces the research results of tree species diversity of tropical evergreen forest in Ma Da area of Dong Nai province. Research results showed that the number of tree species decreased from secondary forest (148 species) to less stable forest (137 species) and stable forest (94 species). The tree species richness index (d - Margalef) of less stable forest (d = 5.28) was greater than that secondary forest (d = 4.80) and stable forest (d = 4.66). Distribution of the abundance of tree species (J - Pielou) in three groups was fairly equal and there is no significant difference. Diversity index H in secondary forest group (H = 2.57), less stable forest (H = 2.71) and stable forest (H = 2.62) with no significant difference in statistics (P = 0.202). Beta diversity index beta-Whittaker was highest at less stable forest (Beta = 3.82) and lowest at secondary forest group Beta = 3.69).
