Objective: Assess the impact of Agent Orange/dioxin on mental and physical development of children at the Vietnam Friendship Village. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study. Results: 85.55 percent dwarf children, 60 percent children with low weight. 91.67 percent children with learning difficulties. 15.56 percent children have normal IQ (intelligence quotien). In addition, these children have motor disabilities, deaf and dumb, congenital. Conclusions: The results suggest that dioxin exposure influent continuously on human health of Vietnamese population.
