Background: For more than 20 years, disease pattern around the world has gradually changed, a shift from infectious diseases to uninfectious diseases. In VietNam, disease pattern changed at a slower rate and there is the trend leaning to noncommunicable disease group. For these reasons, the authors have conducted a study "Disease pattern of officials of Da Nang university agency 2013 and some related factors". Objective: To identify disease patterns in officials of Da Nang university agency 2013 according to ICD-10 disease classification and identify some related factors from 112013 to' 1212013. Material and Methods: Subjects studied 104 officials of Da Nang university agency who had a periodic.al medical, research method is descriptive cross with quantitative analysis. Results: The mean'age was 44.5 + or - 15.3, 63.8 percent rnale, 36.2 percent female.
