Objectives: To evaluate treatment outcomes of arthroscopically assisted surgery for reconstructing the anterior cruciate ligament using using Patela tendon allograft two bundles two tunnels and to explore some influential factors to treatment outcomes of patients at Department of Orthopaedics 2, Viet Duc Hospital during 1/2011-6/2013. Subjects and methods: the authors designed an experiment study of 34 patients at Viet Duc Hospital, with follow-up after operations from 3 months up to 3. Results: All the patients are in working age, with 55.88 percent are 18-30 years old and 32,35 are 31-49 years old. Monitoring of long-term outcomes after operation indicated that the percentage of patients having good and very good results was 91,18 percent. Patient to surgery later than 6 months after the accident high percentage (58.07 percent) with accompanying cartilage damage, the patient is not eligible for rehabilitation after surgery are the factors that influenceto treatment outcome. Conclusions: Arthroscopically assisted surgery for reconstructing the anterior cruciate ligament using Patela tendon allograft two bundles two tunnels showed positive results, with very high proportion of good and very good outcomes (91,18 percent), and trivial adverse effects. Concurrent wounds, practices after operations were factors which influenced the outcomes of treatment.
