Objective: The aim of this study was to assess the remit of surgical management of gastric tumors without derived from epithelial. Material and method: From 2007 to 2012, at Bach Mai Hospital in surgery for 60 cases of gastrictumors without derived from epithelial included 38 men and 22 women, mean age 58.9 (from 28 to 84). Results: Epigastric abdominal pain, gastrointestinal disorders, bleeding are common symptoms. GIST is the most common type of 48.4 percent, lymphoma of the stomatch 28.3 percent, smooth muscle tumors of the stomatch 18.3 percent, Malignant schwannoma of the stomatch 5.0 percent. Tumorectomy ratewas 46.6 percent, subtotal or total gastrectomy was 46.6 percent. Conclusion: Of surgical management of gastric tumors without derived from epithelial is safe and effective, five years survival rates were 50.1 percent.
