Objectives: To study metabolic disorders comorbidities in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. 164 COPD patients were treated and followed in the outpatient unit for management of COPD - Bach Mai Hospital. Methods: It was retrospective, descriptive case series study. Results: In 127/164 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were tested for cholesterolemia, 49.6 percent patients having hypercholesteolemia, 37 percent increased triglycerides component, 38.1 percent patients having hyper LDL - cholesterolemia and 17.5 percent hypo - HDL cholesterolemia.
