The antiphospholipid antibody syndrome is less common. It is often diagnosed late when there has been complication. Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome associated with other signs of disease is common. Most antiphospholipid antibody syndrome is secondary to other autoimmune manifestations such as nephropathy, arthritis, and erythematosus lupus.Case presentation: the authors saw a rare case of antiphospholipid antibody syndrome withthrombosis venous in legassociated with hemolysis. The patient was treated with a combination of corticoid and anticoagulation (Iovenox). Both clinical symptoms as well ashemolysis were significantly improved. In concultion, when signs of occlusion combined with other signs of autoimmune disease are present, the authors should think of Overlap Syndrome of antiphospholipid antibody syndrome.
