To all nations in modern society, journalism and communication plays a very important role because of its characteristics such as providing informa.tion, social orientation, ect... The information is either good or bad and also is accurate or not, basically due to journalists' competency and morality. In Vietnam, staffs at editorial offices and broadcast - television stations mostly graduated from communication and journalism faculties at Academy of Journalism and Communiation, University of Social sciences and humanities... This article is the feedback summary from employers those alumni are working. Basing on the feedback results, institutions may review and adjust their training programs to get students' expected learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and attitudes).
