The Nam Muc hydroelectric basin in Dien Bien province includes 5 districts with 25 communes and towns in an area of 186.353 hectares. In this study, the authors partition the function of the Nam Muc hydroelectric basin to include environmental protection and areas with ecological economic functions, and organizational areas. Other features and ecological assessment of adaptation in local tea overall ecological and economic functions with a total area of 115.151,11 hectares was also evaluated. On the basis of selection criteria and indicators pertaining to tea farming, the author created maps and GIS applications to assess ecological tea facilities in the level basin of the hydroelectric dam area.
