In this study, cells suspension culture of Phalaenopsis amabilis had been investigated via the effects of 6benzylaminopurine (BA), concentrations of sole sucrose or sorbitol combination. At the same times, the curves of determined growth of Phalaenopsis amabilis's cell suspension are also presented in this study. The results showed that with 2.0 mg/I BA additionally in culture medium for growth cells suspension and the ability to form single cells is the best solution in suspension culture cells. Moreover, the addition of 40 g/l sucrose in the culture medium creates osmotic pressure slurry suitable for growth and the capability to produce good quality single cells. The best growth of cell suspension of Phalaenopsis amabilis was cultured on MS liquid medium supplemented with 40 g/l sucrose plus 10 g/l sorbitol. The growth curve of single cells in cells suspension had built with the peak of cell density on 15th and 16th day of cycle culture. At the time, the best medium for the crowded single cells consists of 40 g/I sucrose plus 10 g/l sorbitol.
