 Objections: To evaluate the successful outcome of implant. Methods: The progressive clinical research was performed on 32 patients with unilateral cleft lips and alveolar cleft defect including 23 females and 9 males at the age of from 15 to 29 years old. Results: A total of 32 implants were used
  the implant survival rate was 100 percent in the follow-up period of 18 months. 100 percent of the patients felt satisfied with their implant restoration and 71.9 percent of the implant prothesises reached the thresho1d of clinical acceptability and higher. Conclusions: The implant placement for cleft lip palate patients is a realistic and feasible solution that not only meets the chewing function but also improves the aesthetics.
