The aspiration for professional success of young lecturers, who are between 22 and 40 years old, is studied among 90 young teachers of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. This article gives a general evaluation of the aspiration for professional success of young lecturers and investigates the degree as well as indications of the aspiration for professional success of young lecturers, involving several issues: young teachers' conception of the aspiration for success, the expressions. of the aspiration for success, the objective and subjective elements influencing young lecturers' aspiration for professional success.
