This study aimed at evaluating the concentration of Cadmium accumulated on adult zebrafish (Danio rerio). The seven-day-old fish were exposed to Cd at different concentration, which are 1, 5, 10, 20, 50ug/l, for three months. The analysis results indicated that the contents of Cd+ in the organs and whole fish body were proportionally correlated to the metal concentration. The contents of the Cadmium accumulated in different tissues decrease in the following order: viscera bones muscle, or to be more specific they are 10.813 +/- 0.263 ppm (at exposed Cd+ contentration of 50ug/L)
2.053 +/- 0.031 and 0.607 +/- 0.015 ppm (at exposed Cd+ contentration of 20 ug/L), respectively.
