The study concentrate on the selection of suitable carrier, it's suitable initial moisture and the needed amount of start culture for the solid fermentation of Streptomyces griseosporeus, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Bacilius subtilis to producing the bioinnoculant for animal manure composting. The results showed, that combination of rice bran and cassava starch can be used as carrier for solid fermentation of all 3 micobial strains. 50 and 55 percent initial moisture of carrier should be suitable for these fermentation. The carrier should innoculated with liquid start culture equivalent to 10 percent dw of carrier. After 72 h of fermentation, the density of Streptomyces griseosporeus are more than 109 CFU / g. After 48 h of fermentation, the density of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Bacilius subtilis are more than 108 CFU / g and 109 CFU / g respectively. Pilot for production of bioinnoculant for animal manure compo sting is establish and produce 10,500 kg bioinnoculant with hight quality ensurance.
