 Experiments on monitoring and evaluation including 8 com lines signed H1 to H8 and 8 Glyphosate herbicide resistant lines (KITe) respectively (HlG - HaG) at BC455 generation that are resistance to herbicide Glyphosate, and the normal lines of the same type. The control in experiment is lines whithout herbicide tolerance gene. At the same time, the evaluation of 4 groups of hybrid combinations (group 1: HlXH2' HlxH2+, HlxH2++
  group 2: H3XH4' H3xH/, H3xH/
  group 3: HsXHs, HsXHs\ HsXHs++, and group 4: H7XHa, H7XHa\ H7XHa++) to control the hybrid combinations of the same kind of group does not carry herbicide tolerance gene. The experiment was randomly arranged with three replications, in the form of paired comparison. Method and trail categories are followed Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and CYMMYf. The results show that (1) There is no significant difference in duration of growth, morphological characteristics, tolerance, and yield components and yield between them
  (2) on the BC4S5 generation, these lines are relatively stable, with morphologically similar plant of the original line, and herbicide resistance stability
  (3) between the combination of hybrid genes containing herbicide and hybrid combinations often, there is no significant difference in growth duration, morphological characteristics, the elements of performance and productivity. However, the combination of herbicide resistant hybrids tend to grow healthy, good tolerance and better yield normal hybrid combinations. The hybrid combination of herbicide resistant lines were exhibited stable herbicide resistance
  (4) the hybrid . combination with 1 or 2 lines of herbicide resistant parents no differences in growth characteristics and development, herbicide resistance and yield
  (5) herbicide resistance of maize hybrid combinations have 1 or even 2 parents no herbicide resistance gene is not different Herbicide resistance gene is showed dominance in hybrids.
