The thesis "evaluation the combination between bacteria isolated from gastric juice of goat and cow's rumen for degradation of sugarcane bagasse in vitro" was done to identify a suitable group of ruminant bateria and applying one as biofeed for improving cattle's digestibility of sugarcane bagasse in vitro. Four (04) strains of bacteria from goat rumen including of DD9, DDS, DD7 and DD13 had been used to investigate their endoglucanase and exoglucanase activity on petri disk with sugarcane baggase as a substrate. The result illustrated that a mix of DD9 and DD7 showed degradation of sugarcane baggase effectively with the best halo zone diameter (27 mm) and the best degraded DM sugarcane baggase of rate (11.13 percent). In addition, the 165 rRNA gene of two strains of bacteria including DD9 and DD7 were amplified by a pair of primers 8F and 1492R follwowing the PCR technique and sequenced by automated sequencing machines ABI3130. The results highlighted that two strains of bacteria DD9 and DD7 were similar to Bacillus subtilis RC24 and Bacillus subtilis BA3-1A with the max identity of 94 percent and 92 percent respectively. However, the result recorded that only strain DD9 was used to mix with a suspension of three ruminant bacteria BM13, BM21 and BM49 (one by one similarity to Achromobacter xylosoxidans strain B1.6, Bacillus subtilis strain 520 and Bacillus subtilis strain F5321 with the max identity of 91 percent, 94 percent va 94 percent) following the ratio 3:1
and the group of four bacteria (DD9, BM13, BM21, BM49) illustrated their capacity in a propress of sugarcane baggase degradation effectively in vitro condition with the best output of degradated DM, cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin as well as 21.27 percent, 8.17 percent, 10.22 percent and 2.66 percent.
