The experience of the world shows information about the economic value of marine ecosystems is an important factor for the management and efficient use of sustainable resources from the marine ecosystem. The information on the economic value will help managers select the options to use and exploit marine ecosystems effectively, contributing to the development of planning and development plans. Therefore, the paper pointed out the need evaluate economic benefits of resource values provided by the marine ecosystems of Vietnam.
