Snub-nose pompano was stocked at 3 fish/m2, using 03 level of diet containing 35, 40 and 45 percent protein content, lipid content 10 percent fixed. After 7 months and 10 days period, snub-nose pompano fed diet of 35, 40 and 45 percent protein content gained the average of 413.28 +/- 1.34 gr/fish, 477.67 +/- 3.63 gr/fish and 527.28 +/- 1.21 gr/fish, respectively. There is a significant difference between 03 treatments (P 0.05). Productivity in treatment in which fish fed diet of 45 percent protein, was the highest yield of 12.68 ton/ha, followed by the productivity in treatment in which fish fed diet of 40 percent protein, was the yield of 11.11 ton/ha and finally the productivity in treatment in which fish fed diet of 35 percent protein, was the yield of 7.89 ton/ha. In this trial, treatment in which fish fed diet of 40 percent protein has the highest economic efficiency with the income return of 69-107 million VND /ha/ crop.
