The research shows the behaviour of households in terms of the volatility of the fertilizer market in Hung Yen province. The result of the study showed that the most farmers have responsed for a change of the current fertilizer market about price, quality and quantity of fertilizers on the market. People mainly use conduct are: change the type of fertilizer with rate N:P:K (78 percent household) or the company (37 percent household) in 2013. Households with large scale often behaves better for small scale. Although there have been behavior change in condition the fluctuations of the fertilizer market, but a large percentage of households (26 percent) are not sure about the benefits of their decision. Awareness, knowledge, communication, training or information system is very basic factors influence behavior of household.
