The study defined 8 species having indicator values more than 70 percent can be u~ed as ecological indicator species for particular habitats. At the altitude over 1,000 m: Appias idra (84.6 percent) and Leptosia nina (77 percent) are indicators for Grassplot
Cupha erymanthis (100 percent) and Kaniska Canace (77 percent) are indicators for Road
Thaumantis diores (100 percent) is an indicator for Natiral closed forest. At the altitude under 1,000 m: Faunis eumeus (86.4 percent) is an indicator for Natural closed forest
Appias indra (96 percent) is an indicator for Grass plot and Catopsilia pomona (90.1 percent) indicator for Cutivated land. The butterflies indicator species often appear in the sun. But some species living in forest habitats (Natiral closed forest, Disturbed forest) are less changed in abundance with weather fluctuations than the species living out of forest habitats (Grassplot, Road and Cultivated land).
