Tóm tắt

To ensure the safety of electric shock, the leakage protection relays to network voltage of 1140V at the underground mines have to add the automatic detect function and the phase short circuit connection. The paper refers a scheme reacted with the difference between absolute value of ahead voltage phase and voltages of the remaining two phases and sequence voltage. The simulation results by Matlab Simulink have been proved the theoretical advices.
