SMSs are very popular with telephonic users for sending information in text. They are used more than other data such as image, video, animation, sound,..there are ninety percent population on the world used mobile phone with who believe that send SMS. Using SMS for cost is low, save source and not need to connect data network such as 20, 30, GPRS. Cac tin nhAn SMS are not delimit countries middle. But to the contrary, using SMS service can not transmit data as image, video, animation, sound. Using MMS service can transmit media file with size less than 300KB and require mobile must support displayment them. So MMSs are not used widely. This article propose a new approach using SMS to transmit image, which all mobile always support and save money.
