Nowaday gap actuator systems and gap actuator devices are used widely in practice: gear system, belt transmission system, ets. They are in the group of amplifiers, which have nonlinear character cause of their delay. Generated osilating from their gaps strict affects the quality of control system. To reduce these undesirious effects, so many methods are used, such as: reducing the gaps (impact on the mechanical part)
using the fuzzy control system (impact on the electrical part). This paper is concerned with improving the quality of transmission gap systems as a funtion in important requirment for building the precise controllers to increase labour productivity and produce quality. Simulation results show that the quality of control gap actuator system is improved.
