Objectives: To evaluate the results after surgery of the skin melanoma and to identify some prognostics factors. Subjects and Methods: a retrospective study on 94 patients (any T, N0, N1, N2, M0) and were taken surgery in K hospital from 2002 to 2012. Results: 5 years survival after surgery alone (KaplanMeier), the overall 5 years survival rate was 27.1 percent , the free disease 5 years survival rate was 25.7 percent. Single-factor analysis, there are three factors high risk which reduce survival rate are ulcerative tumor surface, the satellite around the tumor and lymph node metastasis status.
