Objectives: Describe the characteristic of age, stage, histologic typ and assess treatment outcomes for breast cancer at No.108 military central hospital from 1/2009 to 4/2014. Methods: A retrospective and prospective study on 61 breast cancer patients. Results: The mean age was 53,4 + or - 9,6 years old (30-73 ). The TNM staging in the order of I, II, III, IV stages were 1,6 percent, 59 percent, 14.8 percent, 24.6 percent in respectively. The most common histopathologic type was Invasive ductal carcinoma (77 percent). Receptor status ER(-), PRe (-), HER (+) accounted for the highest percentage of 29.5 percent. 29/61 patients (47,5 percent) with HER2 (+++). All 61 patients had multiple treatment modalities, in which 31.1 percent had sequential surgical, chemical. radiation and hormonal therapy. Mean Disease-free survival (DFS) was 50.1 + or - 3.5 months (43.2-57,1). The 5 years DFS rates were 80,3 percent. Mean Overall survival 54,0 + or - 2.4 months (49,2-58,9). The 5 year OS rates were 85.2 percent.
